Online sessions are currently provided through Google Meet.
Although reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to protect your privacy, no online communication system can guarantee absolute security.
By choosing online sessions, you acknowledge these limitations.

Client information may be stored securely using:
Google Workspace
encrypted digital files
secure invoicing records
secure practice management software (where applicable)
Access is restricted to Mindfuel Counseling only.
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party providers including:
Squarespace (website hosting and workshop registration)
Google Workspace (email, documents and communication)
Google Meet (online sessions)
banking services for payment processing
professional referral platforms such as It's Complicated
Each provider processes personal information according to its own Privacy Policy.
9. Cookies
This website currently uses only essential cookies required for the website to function properly.
No advertising or marketing cookies are intentionally used.
Should analytics be introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or to comply with legal obligations.
Financial records are retained for the legally required period under Dutch law.
