For over 20 years, I’ve been fascinated by the science of healthy living. With a Master in Psychology, studies in Health Management & Nutrition, and training in Systemic Counseling, I combine knowledge from multiple fields into practical, real-life tools.
As a mom of four daughters and an expat myself, I understand how challenging it can be to balance well-being in a fast-paced, international world. That’s why I focus on prevention, empowerment, and sustainable change – for individuals, kids, and families.
