Hi, I`m Lena
Psychologist (M.Sc.) & Systemic Counselor
Grounded in psychological science. Focused on systemic understanding.
I am a psychologist (M.Sc.) and systemic counselor with a deep interest in understanding how life experiences, relationships, and everyday habits shape our mental health.
For over two decades, I’ve been fascinated by the science behind emotional resilience and sustainable well-being. My background in Psychology, Health Management, and Nutrition allows me to approach challenges from multiple angles — always grounded in evidence-based practice.
In my work, I integrate systemic constellation work and biographical reflection to explore how past experiences and family dynamics continue to influence present patterns. At the same time, I translate insight into practical, realistic strategies that support emotional regulation, healthier routines, and stronger relationships.
As a mother of four daughters and an expat myself, I understand how demanding modern family life can be — especially in an international environment. This personal perspective deepens my professional work, but my sessions are always guided by psychological theory, structure, and clinical responsibility.
My focus is not on quick fixes.
It is on clarity, resilience, and sustainable change — for individuals, parents, and families.
If you are ready to understand your patterns more deeply and create lasting shifts, I would be honored to support you.
