How Counseling works

Let’s take the first step together.

Reaching out can feel like a big step — especially when you are already feeling overwhelmed.

That’s why I offer a free initial consultation. In this 20–30 minute conversation, we clarify what is currently challenging for you, what you are hoping to change, and whether my approach feels like the right fit.

There is no obligation. The goal is simply to get a sense of each other and to explore how I can best support you.

If we decide to continue, sessions are structured, confidential, and tailored to your individual situation — whether you come alone, as a parent, or as a family.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We begin exactly where you are.

Step 1: Free Consultation

Trust is the foundation. In this first 30-min call, we get to know each other and see if it’s the right fit.

Step 2: Intake Session

A 60-min deep dive into your story: challenges, goals, habits, nutrition, and environment.

Step 3: Personalized Strategy

Together, we design a plan tailored to your needs, combining psychology, nutrition, and practical routines.

Step 4: Collaborative Sessions

In 3–6 follow-ups, we bring your strategy to life. Each session empowers you with tools for lasting change.

Step 5: Long-Term Support

Change takes time. Follow-ups help you stay on track, refine strategies, and turn habits into growth.

Why a Systemic Approach?

Life’s challenges are rarely isolated. A systemic and interdisciplinary approach looks at the bigger picture – mind, body, and environment. By addressing root causes instead of just symptoms, we create a stronger foundation for long-term well-being.
